The short version: Nightfall does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. There is no account, no internet, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything happens entirely on your device.

1. Information we collect

None. Nightfall has no user accounts and contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising software. The app does not send your data to us or to anyone else. We, the developer, have no way to see anything you do in the app.

2. The app is fully offline

Nightfall does not connect to the internet. It never uploads anything, and it contains no analytics, no tracking, and no ads. You can play with the device in airplane mode from start to finish.

3. Data stored on your device

To run a game, some information is saved only on your phone, in the app's private storage:

The player names you type during setup (e.g. "Alex", "Maya").
App preferences (sound on/off, language).

This data never leaves your device and is used only to run the current game. Removing (uninstalling) Nightfall erases all of it.

4. Permissions

Nightfall does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or files. The app can read text out loud using your device's built-in text-to-speech, which happens locally and sends nothing anywhere.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with anyone, because we never collect it in the first place.

6. Children

Because Nightfall collects no data and has no accounts, ads, or internet features, it is safe for players of all ages.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
